ETS is currently seeking Assessment Specialists for our Princeton location to write, review and revise tests in Mathematics. In this role, you will:
Required:
- Assemble pretests and tests and assist in the preparation of Special Test Editions
- Participate in constructed-response scoring activities
- Recruit, train, mentor and manage outside item writers
- Assist in the design and development of new assessments and innovative products and services
- Assist client committees, including organizing meetings, recommending committee members, and explaining and summarizing analysis results
- Review and revise program publications and interpretive test preparation materials
- Assist with reliability, validity or comparability studies
- Master’s degree in Mathematics or closely related field and 3 years teaching or educational measurement experience
- Experience working with students in grades 4-8 or with teachers of students in grades 4-8 would be an asset
- Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
- Excellent writing and editing skills
