Pre-conference Leadership Institute
The Leadership Institute is a dedicated pre-conference experience that brings together mathematics education leaders in all forms — from classroom teachers to district administrators, from community organizers to researchers.
During this full day of learning, leaders will:
- Examine how systems, policies, and practices impact antiracist mathematics education
- Explore the roles of power and oppression in schooling
- Engage in deep discussion and collaborative problem-solving
- Develop actionable steps to center justice and humanity in mathematics

2026 Conference Venue & Hotel
The TODOS 2026 Conference will take place at the Hyatt Regency Orange County, where all conference activities — sessions, keynotes, community gatherings, and the Leadership Institute — will be held under one roof. The Hyatt offers spacious meeting rooms, contemporary amenities, and welcoming communal spaces designed to support connection and learning en comunidad.
